I have MailEnable Pro running and Plesk for Windows.
How can I setup to have support box go to the parser?

Since windows does not support pipe method.

You can use Pop method to fetch emails to your parser.

Admin >> Mail Parser >> Add new Email queue
There you can choose Pop3 method for fetching emails.

Once this is set you need to set cron or scheduler to fetch emails from pop every 5 minutes.
