Hi,

 I was setting up a new domain when I got the error: "New License domain not found". I have a "Unlimited" license so I opened a ticket (WJIG-151332) in the Vision support department about 18 hours ago but haven't heard anything back as yet.

 Is it normal for support to be slow or even closed on weekends. I realize that this is Christmas weekend so that may have something to do with it too.
