Names with ' apostrophe cause Vision to display \ in in name

Ie in all emails sent, or on top right of Vision...

Mark Mc'Donk would be displayed as Mark Mc\'Donk everywhere!

Also if a username has a ' in it, you can't login using this!

This is still occuring in 2.5.2 also within emails parsed...

things like doesn't or shouldn't are displaying as doesn\'t or shouldn\'t
