Raised Tickets on your own helpdesk
Sat waiting for chat and your Google Talk account
Why do you not support your product?

Emails from the helpdesk are either not going out or they are being id as Spam by pretty much every mail service out there.
If we raise a ticket for a customer, hardly any customers receive the email.

Please stop ignoring my requests for assistance.

If your email is being tagged spam, then it's your server's issue.

Perhaps you should understand the issue before making comment? = sorry that sounded harsh without it being intended so

Its a hosted helpdesk, the mail is coming from visionworlds servers.

I cant use my own smtp server as its protected by TLS and vision world doesnt allow TLS in the smtp setting Sad

Richard, Open support ticket for upgrading your system to V2.5.1 

Our SMTP already has SSL and Authentication option -- TLS is nothing but SSL and it should work.

You can open support ticket and let us know your SMTP details we will check it for you.
