Ordered the ultimate plan with hosting on your servers. After a couple of support tickets it was setup (next day) and I received login info to the helpdesk. No controlpanel login (like cpanel) no ftp info nothing. After that all support tickets is just ignored.

Way too long setup time on everything and I can't say anything about support because they don't answer tickets

Hello Stefan,

Generally when it comes to hosting on our servers - we ask customers to add dns entry for support.yourdomain to our server ip which takes some time to propagate and unless the subdomain is completely propagated we cannot proceed with installation as vision license is domain dependent.

Otherwise if you see installation steps of vision you would see it takes two minutes to install.
