Hi!
Why do not you want to use the knowledgebase of Vision, and using the mediawiki?
Migration does not migrate from kvayako knowledgebase. Is this normal for the trial version?

Yes we are composing our flash tutorials which will be displayed in our own knowledgebase.

Migration does not include Kayako KB and downloads -- we migrate tickets and users from kayako.

KB you have to re add with Vision.
