As of the latest version, the helpdesk URL is incorrect without the http:// part...

Should be:
Helpdesk url: http://helpdesk.mydomain.co.uk/

Not:
Helpdesk url: helpdesk.mydomain.co.uk/

E.g:

Ticket ID: MBYD-721987
Subject: Support Ticket
Department: Support
Priority: Low
Status: Open
Helpdesk url: helpdesk.mydomain.co.uk/
User name: joe.bloggs@customerdomain.co.uk
Password: PASSWORD
