Hi i would really like to have some kind of stopwatch which i could start and stop in a ticket. Also it should do this a a per user basis. Then I would like to have a report which gives me total time worked on ticket and per staff time worked on ticket.

And then it would be really nice to get a list of all tickets per customer and the times spent on it + an possibillity to send the bill to the customer
