The left navigation bar

• Do not fit list of departments. Many important departments outside the field of view.
• The panel does not remember its state - which departments are collapsed, expanded and scrolling position .
• Departament, in the collapsed state, is not displayed  tickets counter awaiting actions.
• Staff wants to be able to self-select  visible departments and method placement in the left navigation bar.
