  • It is easier to control access to department-level groups of staff. When you modify the list of departments or you need to create New have to do a lot of action.
  • For reordering tickets to other departments, I was forced to include all staff in all departments. Perhaps it would be better to manage right reassigning tickets in a settings right of staff groups. In order to allow staff to send support tickets to other departments without the ability to view a list of tickets if the department staff is not included in its membership.
