Hey,

please get rid of html mails - at least let the admin select which mail format to use!

text is out of the stone age. Lots and Lots of HTML messages we see nowadays. So it should be there. Ofcourse a selection option wouldn't do any harm.

mail is txt - web is html
well - a bit old fashioned but i see no reason to send support emails in html format.
IMHO html mail has no advantage at all - at least not for me and a couple others.
So - txt should be the default with html as option - but not html all the way and no option to change it.

I agree a switching option would be great! But HTML e-mails can be much prettier and professional then txt only messages.

HTML mails are the way to go.
But a lot of people can't accept them.

For one: thunderbird still doesn't support it.

So an option for text only mails would be excellent for those users that cannot get it.
HTML mails in a text only mail program do look quite odd.

Yes we are adding a setting to disable HTML emails.

Its added in online demo and works ;-)

also see http://vision.randomsolutions.nl so keep updated on new feature requests and bug fixes.

When you register the answer to the CHAPTCHA authentication is "vision"

;-)
