We are also working on Vision Helpdesk 2.x API's

Once we have API's at place you will see many applications like Smart Vision following -- As API calls make life easier.

API's will allow you to integrate Vision Helpdesk functions in your application..

We are announcing new Version of Smart Vision in next week that will be compatible with V2.x

Also a new version of Vision Helpdesk which will include various APT functions.
