Hi

Just setup the helpdesk and configured piping (which works). However I do not receive notification in my email that a ticket has been submitted.

Is there a setting somewhere I have missed? Both my email domain and the support domain is on the same cpanel server - not sure if that would cause problems.

thanks

You mean you users are not receiving auto responders?

Make sure in Mail Parser >> Insert Queue >> Queue Settings  >> Enable Auto Responder is set to Yes.

Each staff can set Alert to receive Ticket notification.

You can find Alerts in Right Panel >> Alerts >> Add New Alert

V2.2.4 already sends ticket content in Alert -- let us know if you are not receiving content in Alert.

Can you paste some test alert message.
