on submitting a ticket - the user gets a blank page. Any ideas why?

very much an issue as its currently unsuable. I've had a ticket open - ZAWT-174265 - but still no reply.

We too upgraded our WHMCS to V4.0.2 and also our helpdesk is now integrated with WHMCS you can submit tickets from whmcs too.
