Some users outside of our domain do not receive the ticket replies we send. They receive the e-mail when they or we originally create the ticket but do not seem to otherwise. Any suggestions?

Please open support ticket for this -- support 
  • thevisionworld.com -- in your ticket mention your vision installation and admin login details.

Also mention steps to replicate your issue.
